nayrt - It's not the only reading I get, mostly because "deserve" doesn't enter into it. There are lots people in this world who don't deserve to die, but it doesn't mean I'm ecstatic they're alive. Those are two different issues: 1) whether or not someone's life is "worthy" and 2) how I personally feel about them. Kind of like I personally don't like beer, but I'm not saying that it's not worthy of being served in bars to other people who enjoy it.

Thanks? I didn't realize it was pedantic to point out that there's more than one interpretation for a comment besides the sentiment that nobody actually expressed. If you're that impressed by identifying strawmen arguments, imagine how blown away you'd be if I actually were a Jesuit!
