Just don't buy them. Go to the grocery store after you eat -- it'll be easier to resist.

Then when they're not in the house, you won't eat them.

That's how I lost weight.

I basically only have fruits and veggies and lean protein in my apartment and if I want something unhealthy I have to specifically go out and get it. It REALLY cuts down on snacking.

+1. No snacks in the house means I'm too lazy to get off my ass to get snacks so I don't eat snacks.
