Of course not, but my point is that you can't really be surprised. The whole idea of celebrity relies on the idea that people want more and juicier. You willingly participate in this market and are handsomely compensated. I mean, feel free to bow out but, really, the outrage is pretty ridiculous.

I think you can be surprised when someone breaches protocol so dramatically.

RDJ gave him a chance. He didn't leave the minute it was brought up. It was when the interviewer kept pushing that he left. Which is hardly unreasonable; if I was in his position, and someone breached the terms of the interview that substantially, I doubt I'd have been so patient.
