Best of luck. I've done similar stuff but, like, straight out missing the final due to Tuesday vs Thursday confusion.

Usually if you're a good student and they're a halfway decent professor they'll bend the rules a bit. (I was able to take my final for 70% credit vs the written 0% policy on the syllabus.)

ETA: Also if the email goes sour, go see them in person. In person is always a lot easier to negotiate with/bring out the tears.

I'm going to go in tomorrow, and probably cry because I'm about to right now, I'm so stressed out. This is the worst thing ever, this year actually counts too and you're supposed to lose 10% of your grade for each day it's late (it was due Monday and it's 00:015 Wednesday here, so I don't know that's like twenty or thirty percent, and I'm not good enough to make up that much on technical skill)

I'm such a fucking idiot, but thanks, I hope it's not all that bad and I've not screwed up too much
