Not a food but a beverage: Coca-Cola designated Kosher-for-Passover. It has a yellow cap instead of a red one and the Hebrew letters "Kosher L'Pesach" on it. It's sweetened with sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup because Jews can't eat grains during Passover. It tastes MUCH BETTER than regular fructose corn syrup Classic Coke. My neighborhood market left the Passover Coke on the shelves for more than a month after Passover and I snapped that shit right up.
