Another problem might be that it's... honestly not that good unfortunately. The dialogue is downright painful, a lot of the characters are cardboard cut-out cliches, Chloe is honestly AWFUL at times, the story breaks it's own rules, and then there is the whole hipster aesthetic backlash. Like I went in TRYING to like it, but damn I hated everything up until the end of episode 3. Then the game took a swerve to really freaking interesting and am curious to see how it plays out.

But because the first episode made such a bad first impression, i imagine there's a fair number of people who dropped the game right out the gate, which is unfortunate because like i said, episode 3 things start getting better. But that's not really a good selling point :(

I'm with you for the most part. I stick with this game because I just love TellTale style "choice" games, despite everything mostly being an illusion of choice, and also because I need to find out what the hell is going on with this storyline. I have a feeling there's going to be loads of loose threads, probably with my most infuriating trope of "you have to come up with your own conclusions because the writers cba", and a huge anti-climax - but I still wanna see it through.

Lame dialogue and laughable lip-sinking aside. :) Oh and easily killable plants! WTF, Lisa?
