I'm chickening out of going to pride, mainly because I have nobody to go with.

Keep in mind our municipal pride celebration lasts from noon to 5 in an area that used to quite literally be a toxic waste dump. The headline act is "Australia's First Singing DJ" (what?). So I don't think I'm missing out on anything.
