Re: Clean for show

I'm just a clutter person by nature. Don't get me wrong. I clean! Then next thing I know, the hand towels are askew, books are everywhere, and my comfy throw blankets are indeed thrown. I do like having a clean house for my company, but I'm getting more comfortable managing my clutter as a sort of contained chaos instead of trying to hide it. I figure as long as I know the surfaces under the clutter are clean and nobody's tripping over my random crap, they can deal with that small pile of books in the corner. If it's legitimately dirty, though (like they're coming over on the day I'm supposed to scrub toilets), I will still freak out and clean everything, though.
