Holy shit, this movie. I saw part of it on tv 15+ years ago. The scene where they place the gemstone thing onto Eva La Rue's navel, and the wizard guy says, "It fiiiiiits!" That line became little bit of a household meme. The title of this movie eluded us for years, until someone from tvtropes' YKTS identified it.

Is this the movie about a pair of twin warriors who are trying to retrieve a gemstone that is supposed to be worn over the bellybutton of some "worthy" woman?

If it is, I vaguely remember it. I hired it out in the 90s from my favourite video hire store when I was going through a serious kick for fantasy adventure of the Conan the barbarian style. There is honestly worse things I found during that time.
