ngl i always cringe when some of those famous cosplayers (yaya, kamui, etc.) do their own design because it's always so tacky and high school-y, even if it's well made. leave the designing to designers.



(ofc they can do whatever they want, it's their hobby, yadda yadda, i still, personally, privately, don't like it)

This is bullshit. Why doesn't everybody just quit writing too, leave the writing to the writers and stuff?

How do you think people grow to be designers? DO they just pop out of the womb with "designer" written on their forehead?
