depends, i dont know what op means by missionary but if it means one partner on their back and the other on top of them there's lots of different ways to have sex like that

missionary doesn't have to mean mean dick in ass either, the other guy's junk being in the way and getting rubbed up and down can sometimes be the entire point i.e. frot in missionary position. anal sex is also possible if the man on his back lifts his legs then no, no junk in the way
