I get that feeling when I genuinely like a celeb, regardless of whether I find them attractive, or how conventionally attractive they are. I don't feel that looking at celebs I only appreciate in an "eh, they're alright" sense.

I'm late to know about some of their work because that feeling stops me from checking on them more often.

Yeah, same here. When I genuinely like a celeb or celeb's work, I tend to avoid reading about them or watching interviews. I don't find them hard to draw normally, though, only this one...I'm not sure if it's the way their eyes sparkle a bit mischievously, or how the corners of their lips flicker when they're about to smile, or how their dark hair falls across their fair forehead (yeah, I do seem to have it pretty badly, shush) -- there's just something very ethereal about them that makes my hand shake and doesn't let me transfer any of that on paper...I guess I'll just have to wait for this feeling to pass before I try drawing them again.
