Yes but that service was consenting sex. The consent was dependant on the payment. without the payment the consent is withdrawn. no consent = rape.

Fuck off. Around my part of the world if a man lies to a woman to get her to sleep with him, he is a rapist both morally and legally. This is an example of consent being dependant on the situation, and being withdrawn after the fact if the party was deceived. How else would you propose protecting these women how are lied to and used?

There's no such thing as consent withdrawn after the sex. You can withdraw before or during, but not after.
