As I mentioned in my first post, I’m not particularly fond of epithets myself and don’t think they should be used often, but I was giving alternatives of what someone might use if they really wanted to. I mentioned facial hair as it is a characteristic that differentiates between Sam and Steve and is part of Sam’s appearance that has nothing to do with skin color. I got a snarky reply from another anon who apparently had an issue with my mention of facial hair. I replied and said I actually prefer a name in place of the epithet, but gave them an example of an epithet which used facial hair where it might be somewhat relevant (yeah, I admit, the sentence wasn't great, but I really don't have much experience with epithets). So I kind of feel like you ignored most of what I wrote.
