Quark (Star Trek DS9), Londo Mollari (Babylon 5), Morgan Martin (Earth 2), Seth Rollins (WWE - he's a character too!), Piper (Orange is the New Black)... that's all I can think of at the moment and Piper is mostly just an honorary addition because the hate for her is so strong that it just makes me want to like her even more.
