I mean, it's a story about Furiosa and the Wives. What did you expect?

It is! But I don't see any meta about Furiosa or the Wives outside of how their story is framed by feminism or how feminist the characters are.

How about meta on Furiosa having to transition from the Green Place to the Citadel? Where did the wives from from? Why are they the way they are (some are way more knowledgeable about weapons than others)? How did Furiosa get in contact with them? Why did she decide to risk everything for the Wives? How did she come up with her place? Who helped her? Etc.

I've seen a few along those lines. A couple about why she helped the Wives, some about why the Wives look the way they do (like Angharad's scars), though none off the top of my head on why some are more knowledgeable about weapons. Then there's tag meta peppered here and there about various things.

Then again, I don't see too much meta period, ZOMG SO FEMINIST BECHDEL TEST111111 or otherwise.
