Re: Casuals vs Hardcore

Used to be hardcore, finishing a game to 100% what with sidequests and master items and collection stuff. I turned a lot more casual as soon as I hit college. Every so often I'll replay a favorite and because of my familiarity with the combat controls be able to breeze through without really any grinding.

Like you I just can't justify the time sink anymore. In general - and I think part of this is the rise of streaming as a new easily-accessible content provider - I've made the switch over to watching shows/movies while simultaneously working on some craft project. And any mobile games I play are now educational ones.
