I've considered doing this a time or two. I have commented on my own threads but just to answer the question I asked. Sometimes I feel like commenting to my comment to get a conversation going, so maybe someone else chimes in.

And sometimes I do hold two different POVs on a topic and I could argue with myself but I haven't done that yet. Mostly I comment to myself if my topic looks lonely.

Don't most people comment on their secrets? (I've seen a few say they were so nervous about the responses that they wouldn't actually read the comments, but that seems to be the minority.)

The only time I don't comment on mine is when I miss a day... Otherwise I'm always around trying to start up a conversation. (I don't reply to myself though because I want to talk to other people. If no one responds I usually move on.)

I mostly don't. Only if someone has a question that I know the answer to, or if I was unclear and need to clarify what I said.

But I'm kind of an incredibly weird person with lots of anxiety issues in general so, you know

My impulse is to think, "Hee, fun!" But if your fights are along the lines of anons posting bare, ugly, "go fuck yourself"s or "get a fucking life"s as replies, then that depresses me. I always get depressed to see that there are people out there who actually post those kind of replies.

So I hope your fights are the fun kind.

Well, I only fight with myself if a part of me does actually disagree with what I said in my secret. Sometimes, I'll only do it if I want to get a conversation with other people going. I don't normally tell myself to fuck off, altho I do sometimes feel the urge to do so.
