Promoting of women, womens rights, and womens issues ahead of all male concerns.

Alright. I'm just going to mention "The Women Men Don't See" and then politely bow out of the thread. Good luck.

'We Who Are About To...' by Joanna Russ and 'Her Smoke Rose Up Forever' by James Tiptree Jr/Alice Sheldon are both pretty classic feminist science fiction that I enjoyed.

Maybe 'Lilith's Brood' by Octavia Butler? It's been a while since I read it, so I'm not sure if that's 100% what you're looking for. Also, not all of it is hard sci-fi, but try Sheri S. Tepper's work.

Due to a quirk in the "language" that they were "translated" from, every single character in Ancillary Justice and Ancillary Sword by Ann Leckie is a woman (except some of them have dicks. this is rarely obvious).

This is also (essentially) true of Delany's Stars In My Pockets Like Grains of Sand, IIRC (although it's not particularly a feminist work - I mean, it's good, it just has other concerns)
