Dude! We overseas fans of the revue exist! :333 Not very centralized, though, admittedly.

It's currently down, but this is the wiki: http://www.takawiki.com/tiki-index.php and that site has a forum though not big. I think the LJ comm's dead, so most people post pics and play reviews on tumblr, just check the takarazuka tag, or hoshigumi/star troupes etc tags.
