If I find out someones slutty I won't date them.

Seems reasonable to me. I'm not promiscuous, and I don't want to date promiscuous people.

Slut is a subjective term, so you can't date anyone, ever.

No. They won't date people who fit the OP's definition of slut. Someone else might have a different definition, but that doesn't mean anything in this situation.

Sure, as long as OP realizes that sluts don't exist.

Dude, fuck off.

You first.

that's subjective, y'know

Can't they subjectively determine who to date?

Sorry, I see you just answered that above. Posted at the same time!

Of course. Everyone does. But slut shaming is stupid.

ayrt, yeah personally, I wouldn't use the term 'slutty'. But I would, as other anon said, hesitate to date someone who is much more promiscuous, if that's an acceptable word, or much more sexually experienced than me. Can't say I would entirely rule it out, but it would give me significant pause.

I'm a straight woman and I would have reservations dating a man who sleeps around indiscriminately.

Agreed.

Though, for me, it's more to do with the fact that I'm terrified of catching an STD and I'd constantly be worried that I would suck as a sex partner (given that I'm a virgin).

Same here. I'd have too many nagging questions. Like, am I subpar compared to past partners, is this just another casual fling for them, are they bothered by my inexperience, how long until they drop me for the next piece of ass, etc.

Re: Things You Don't Normally Admit To

That's logical. The more partners a person has, the higher the chances of getting STD's, especially HIV/AIDS.
