Whatever style was in Death Comes to Pemberley and Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell (which I watched back to back today).

I especially love the Empire-waistered dresses for women, and the long duster-coats on men.

The term you're looking for is Georgian or Regency. Or, more specifically Directoire (1795-99), Empire (1800-15), and Regency (1815-20).
