Re: Do you ever resent fictional characters?

Yes. My ideal fictional friendship is between two characters I loathe as individuals. They're wonderful to each other and shitty to everyone else (and sometimes to each other, but they don't seem to mind) and they absolutely do not deserve each other. I resent them not just for myself but for the characters in the same show who deserve happy relationships, but are all alone.

It makes me so angry I've cried over it.

And I considered making it a secret, but it would probably get no replies because I won't name the canon -- too specific, not many people know it, and those who do know it would know I was the OP.

Or you me, Anon, getting angry over fictional characters so much until you're driven to tears is my thing :P

The getting angry on behalf of other characters that get sidelined more than for myself, too.
