THIS. Aliens are supposed to be alien, after all.

Then again, I just had a flashback to a Sterling short story (title of which mercifully escapes me) where a random NPC becomes a sex fiend to a giant blob monster. It was hilarious, but definitely a case of "be careful what you wish for." Though I suppose that's not alien-on-alien sex. Hmmm. I can't think of anything that fits what you're looking for, OP, sorry.
