Curse words can be triggery to some people, which violates the triggers rule, and they are also just unpleasant to read. They ought to be warned for, we're supposed to be a pleasant place to hang out and feel safe. How hard is it to just keep your swearing to a collapsed comment, for the sake of the rest of us.

I don't feel that's a compelling enough reason, as it can be extended to all manner of things. Like spiders! Or dogs.

I would strongly support banning the c word and the f word. The rest I could live with, but those are the two strongest swear words in ENglish and ought to be banned.

Requests for polite placement is one thing, but outright banning naughty words and concepts that happen to make some uncomfortable is censorship. Screw that noise.
