This is less of a new crush and more the strengthening of an old one but Ioan Gruffudd. I've always liked him but Forever managed to push it from 'oh that guy is cool' to hearteyes.

We should be friends, I think. I've had a crush on Ioan for YEARS, ever since I first saw him in the Hornblower series. Damned if that man can't wear period clothing like a champ.

He and period clothing manage to combine to create the perfect level of delectableness. I was far too young to even understand the Hornblower series, but my brother was obsessed with them so I kind of got it imprinted onto me and then when I saw him in Castle I finally had the realisation that he was freaking gorgeous. Then Forever, and now I'm going back and rewatching Hornblower and gosh am I happy I am now old enough to properly appreciate the magnificence that is him as Mr H and his pretty, pretty eyes.

I always appreciate a fellow Gruffudd fan, so *fistbumps*
