Well, you could start by realizing there's more to people than being "two-faced creeps." Maybe there's something about you that sometimes irritates or frustrates other people but rather than trying to force you to change who you are they blow off steam in an attempt to not hurt your feelings.

TL;DR: Maybe it's not them, it's you.
