Barbara Gordon, Matt Murdock and Charles Xavier. Gazelle from Kingsman was awesome too, though she didn't get all that much screentime.

Charles Xavier for me too, but only in the First Class movie, where his relevant disability is a major depressive episode. I kinda needed to see that at that time in my life.

Did you mean First Class or Days of Future Past? His depression in DOFP was tough to watch, but felt pretty realistic.
