Gonna say Lincoln Rhyme from The Bone Collector. I've seen others I really enjoyed, but he's the only one who stuck with me beyond his movie. I recently rewatched the movie, though, and it's now a complete favorite. :)

Anon, have you read the books that that movie is based off? They're so good, and Lincoln is great in them. One of the few 'grumpy disabled guy' archetypes I can enjoy and believe.
