Re: Favorite Theme Song

TV: Game of Thrones or Doctor Who or any of the Star Treks besides Enterprise

Movie: Star Wars and Jurassic Park and either Thors

Enterprise actually had a theme song, as opposed to someone with no musical ability noodling on an organ or something.

Eh. I hated that song, and orchestral is much more appropriate for Star Trek. And, okay, the Original Trek theme is just okay. But the three 34th Century themes are awesome and perfect.

DA

I liked Faith of the Heart, but I disagree with the anon above that those who composed the orchestral themes for the other series had 'no musical ability'

Psst... It's 24th rather than 34th centure where TNG, DS9 and Voyager are set. ;-)

Woops. Thought I put in 24th.

I also agree with you. I don't even know what anon was talking about.

I actually thought the song worked out surprisingly well. Hated it the first time I saw it, just because it was NOT what I was expecting. But once I got over that, I felt it worked well, especially with the history of flight montage displayed in the opening sequence.
