Too many to have just one, so I'll list a few.

TV: ER, M*A*S*H, The West Wing, Game of Thrones

Film: Star Wars (the king of all movie themes), Braveheart, Troy, Wall-E, Superman

Themes that aren't title themes: Rohan (from The Two Towers), Rue's theme (the Hunger Games films), the Imperial March, the launch from Apollo 13.

The music for Bee Train's Noir is mostly really amazingly good. The end titles music is quite nice, and there are themes and motifs that are awesome. The opening titles music is OK, but not my favorite in the show.

For Western work, um, I think Sherwood Schwartz was right, and Gilligan's Island was saved by its expository theme song. But ones I think are cool? Often repurposed pop songs, actually: "Where Everybody Knows Your Name," whatever House MD was using in first-run, and yes, "Faith of the Heart," you pompous Trekkies!

TV: I love the Cold Case theme song by E.S. Posthumus. It's so amazing. And I dimly remember that I liked the opening for "Angel".

Movie: I really like the main theme from "The Postman".

Game: The Final Fantasy theme is one of my all time favourite, both because it's pretty and because it has massive nostalgic value for me. But - despite disliking the compilation in general - I thought one of the main themes (The Price of Freedom) of FF VII: Crisis Core was so damn beautiful.

On the more lighthearted side, I'm a sucker for old 80s and 90s cartoon and anime openings.

Mission Impossible. No matter who you are, when that song starts, you feel like an instant spy out on a mission.

Movies: Jurassic Park, Star Wars, the Hobbit theme from LoTR and the Rohan theme from LoTR.

TV: Game of Thrones, Pokémon, Teen Titans, JLA and both the 90's X-Men and X-Men Evolution themes.

I'm super surprised that Lord of the Rings hasn't shown up yet.

...Though I'm not sure what you would even count as the theme tbh, so maybe that's why. Anyway, "Concerning Hobbits" has always been the LOTR theme for me and that's the one I'm sticking with.

There are a ton but of course the Star Wars theme (Imperial March too, unf) is up there. I know a lot of people aren't all too fond of the Nolanverse Batman films, but the music for those movies was fantastic.

Let me see, then there's the Cowboy Bebop theme, and the Haikyuu!! opening Imagination is incredible.

The Halo theme is damn impressive as well, as are the Uncharted themes.

I like a ton of FF character songs. I also generally like stuff made my Hayashi Yuuki (Strawberry Night, even the stuff he did for Haikyuu was ridiculously good, for a 'mere' shounen anime).

I put on OSTs for Pacific Rim and Requiem for a Dream when I need background music.
