I don't really care when celebrities age or gain some weight, but I hate serial plastic surgery with a passion. Case in point: Lara Flynn Boyle. Just why?

Me too. I'd rather have wrinkles and pounds then see actors slip into the uncanny valley from having too much surgery.

Renee never looked worse than when she made that stupid face in the poster for the second Bridget Jones movie. Seriously, she looks like she's retarded when she makes that face.

I agree with you on the plastic surgery point. Repeat offenders start to develop a look that just makes it obvious.

Thing is, I think even some people who only go in for one procedure can end up looking really weird, like Paul Hogan. He had a facelift and it ended up making look just odd. He looked good before, with all the wrinkles and laugh lines he had.
