What can you do when you're suicidal but you've reached the limit of support that the NHS can offer?

Try to find charities, free helplines or just a listening ear. I'm less up to date with what available in the UK now, but most countries have initiatives like that.

Spend any and all money you have trying to get better or take out loans to get better help. If the alternative is dying, you have nothing to lose, to be honest.

Do you have access to a social worker? If so, ask about the non-profit programs that exist. There are usually resources available.

I wish I had a better answer than that, but I'm just not sure how things work in the UK.

Social workers can't do shit because they are severely limited with their resources.

Not being familiar with what the NHS provides, could you clarify what you've tried so far? I've been in your position. One of the most effective things to combat suicidal thoughts and feelings is to do something for other people. A volunteer position somewhere... animal shelter/rescue, reading to children, helping out a nursing home or soup kitchen, whatever. I'm not saying it works miracles or is a cure, but feeling like what you do matters is an incredible antidote to feeling suicidal.
