Re: Spoiler Wanrings

Why do a few words of warning and/or a collapsed thread bother you that much? Is it really that onerous? Once I, or anyone else, sees a spoiler, it cannot be unseen. I am good about letting my eyes unfocus when I see a fandom that I don't want to be spoiled about, but sometimes it is too late. (Spoilers for season four of BSG) Like when someone started a post with OMG, Kara died on BSG! How the hell am I supposed to miss that? I mean, I could have avoided the internet/my f-list as I hadn't seen the episode yet, but would it really have been that difficult for the person to put a spoiler warning first? No, it really wouldn't have been. And then I had someone like you purposely try to spoil me in a comment they left for me. How would I have known to not read the comment when I wasn't aware that they were going to spoil me? If it doesn't hurt you and it helps someone else, isn't that reason enough to want to do something? JFC, has courtesy gone away that much?
