TW child rape

Dean angsted a bit about the cultural stigma of child rape but eventually realised that his and Castiel's beautiful true love was enough for him to not care about it. Sam reacted to walking in on them during sex with "Oh you guys, I knew you were in love and you have my blessing"
Then they started having children, and this too was described positively.
