I mean, not down to the minute or anything, but for a lot of people there's a... rhythm

You don't? I have a specific poop calendar. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I poop precisely at 8:00am and 8:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are 6:00am, 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays are "party days": I can poop whenever I want!
