I have a complicated relationship with my brother too. I understand. I also understand wanting to talk about this. I went through an obnoxious phase after coming out to some friends where I felt like every time I was around the people I trusted enough to tell that I was basically doing nothing but shouting "I'm GAY!!" I was just so relieved to be able to talk about it and couldn't stop. I kind of want to recommend to everyone that they find someone to talk to before they reach that point because it's pretty embarrassing to look back on.

Anyway, I hope you can figure out what will make you most comfortable.

I'm not out to anyone except for a few people I talk to online, though I don't feel particularly close to them and I more or less keep to myself. Maybe not having someone else to talk to is part of the problem. I'm not very good at making friends, but maybe that'll change when I have some space away from my family.

But thanks for this, I really appreciate it. :) Hopefully I'll be able to figure something out.
