Well, all the male actors are tall though 6'2 is nearing skyscraper tall. Old films had a lot of height difference between guys and gals. Mostly because gals were shorter. Anyway, good for you, carry on, etc.

Seriously, there are a fuckton of short actors who have had really great careers -- Dustin Hoffman is 5.5", Al Pacino is 5'6", Tom Cruise is 5'7.5", Matthew Broderick is 5'7.5", Daniel Radcliffe is 5'5", etc. I'm not sure what the relevance of how much they're paid has to do with their size, but running that Google search tells me it's Robert Downey, Jr., who is 5'8", which is shorter than the average US male (5'9.5"). There's certainly no minimum height requirement of actors (models, yes, but we're not talking about them).

Most actors lie about their height (or, have their people do it) on the Internet. Example: Patrick Dempsey's IMDB page says he's 5'10.5". Yeah, only when standing on a box.

Well, to me that's really tall, even in heels I would have to sprain my neck to look them in the eye, they'd still be towering over me...but, yeah, I guess by normal standards 6'2 is not super tall.

When I notice that someone is really tall I find it kind of a turn on, but I don't go looking for it. Most people (that aren't kids) are taller than me anyway so I don't have to look far.

Even short celebs are usually taller than me, so...I acknowledge it and am jealous of them, lol. And okay, I've thought once and a while about how, "If I ever met this person I would have to sprain my damn neck to look them in the eye".

But I like height differences in media! They're cute.

Yeah, same here, I don't go looking for it and I don't fancy someone -just- because they're tall -- but if I like them already, then being tall is a nice, big plus.

This secret, yes. I actively get turned off by taller, more muscular characters and actors and it's the same for me irl, but I will fan all over actors in the 5'10"-6' range and then ship them with a taller, heavier counterpart. IDEK.
