I know nothing about the revival. Are you saying that they made "A Little Priest" not fun and bizarrely sexy? How is that possible?

I dunno, it just seemed, from what I saw, that it wasn't Sweeny and Lovette singing it. It was just two people trying to make it funny. I mean, with Hearn, its stills SWEENEY singing this song. He stands like Sweeney has the entire play, he acts like a bemused Sweeney, and everything. Lansbury is the same way--It's Lovette just being her dorky, morbid self.

Revival? "And now we sing." The entire. Time. Everyone has the depth of a two-by-four from what I've seen, ESPECIALLY the Lovette and Sweeney. It has to be the director, though. Whatsherface playing Lovette also acted in the concert with Hearn and, you know, HAD CHARACTER.

Srsly, though, its pretty damn crappy. The set is, as to my knowledge, a coffin shaped box on stilts and a CHAIR. Ugh, FAILTASTIC MUCH.
