31. See, the problem is? EVERYONE has done bad things. EVERYONE deserves to die. Giving people a chance to change and right the wrongs they've done is preferable, even if it isn't 'fair'--otherwise, we'd all be screwed. Mercy, forgiveness.
I'm sorry about your best friend, though. I don't mean to be insensitive..and I'm not saying she (or even you) is a bad person. Just that nobody's perfect. Not even Light. Light deserved to die as much as anyone he killed.
