[Don't worry about it - sometimes my laptop eats parts of my sentences - my wrist drags too close to the mouse pad and it highlights stuff, which I then type over... -_-; ]

I would think then that the issue is with people who *buy* Jackson Pollock's stuff, not with him for making it.

I have issues with crappy stuff being considered art, but I wouldn't declare it "not art," because I don't think I'm qualified to make that assessment. [That doesn't stop me, however, from making "fake" art and entering it alongside "edgy" (pretentious) art student art in our university's gallery contests..]

I hate to but in here, because I could care less as well over who is right, but you're both acting like snobs.

Jeez, people. Everyone's got a butthole. An opinion is just an opinion, and art is a relative term no matter WHAT anyone says. I don't even know who these people are but I'm astounded at both of your behavior over proving who's right by resorting to mudslinging.
