Most people I know over 30 (myself included) felt a lot weirder about 31. Something about the distinction of being "in your 30s," which you aren't at 30.

I am 31 soon and can verify that this is true. 30 was fine, I'm having a crisis at the thought of 31, feel like time is running out.

That's definitely how I felt about 31. I'm 33 now and it has been easier since I've embraced being in my 30s, but hitting 31 was really hard.
