It's a cultural thing, a trope that's mostly used in shonen comics. Female characters get told to the readers they're dangerous. Male characters get show to the readers they're dangerous.

I'm pretty sure I don't know any SPN actors and I honestly couldn't care less about SPN. Or most other live-action shows, so I'm right there with you, OP. (I get annoyed at the assumption that fandom is all about TV in the first place. While some of what I like is TV - some live action and some animated - it's not the majority.)

I dunno. You wouldn't have to be harsh about it, but it might be beneficial for your friend to see an example of a person who's not quite so caught up in fandom. Maybe talk to her about something else you love, or a non-fandom mutual interest? Chances are your friend will mature a little and find a bit more detachment in her fandom obsessions, but it'd probably be better for her if this happens sooner rather than later.
