actually, Sanji is #3. Bounty amounts are not directly reflective of strength or fighting ability, it's not a DBZ power scouter after all.

that said, Robin's dangerousness comes from her being an assassin. She kills by stealth and precision, she doesn't go balls to the wall like the three monsters. maybe you should consider that her badassery doesn't have to take the same form as Luffy.

There is that, plus she's levelled up her ability so she can sprout FEET AND LEGS from any surface and squash shitloads of people. Like, damn.

mmyeah, came here to say this, basically. Luffy is obviously the strongest SH, Sanji and Zoro are tied at second-strongest, and from there it's more arguable because they all have their own specializations.

Pre time-skip I always placed Robin on Zoro's and Sanji's level, but after time-skip it's Zoro > Robin > Sanji for me, based on their power potential and training (Robin was hanging out with the Revolutionaries).
Imho her powers + knowledge (knowledge in general, not talking about forbidden history here) give her an advantage over Sanji.

Iirc she was considered to be part of the "monster trio" by the other strawhats.
