She's physically stronger than she looks. While her bounty comes from her knowledge, she's a good assassin.
She can also withstand physical blows and injuries - although probably not to the extent Luffy, Zoro and Sanji can - and she's been shown to recover from ailments quicker than the other straw hats. She also has an extensive knowledge of the weak points of a human body, so she knows where to strike if necessary.
Also now after timeskip she can form a giant foot to crush people. So, that's a thing.
