I did the same thing and nothing really struck me as Mark going nutso either. I'm assuming at this point that they're referring to the whole rapist-cat thing, but Mark hasn't engaged anyone in conversation about it and it's mostly just users going back and forth on if it was or wasn't a good description with a side of rape is the worst thing eveeer to happen to people, which is... really par for the course with Mark's sites.

NAYRT but I was also looking around a little earlier, and it's apparently something in reference to a line in one of the Terry Pratchett witches novels where Pratchett mentions rape in connection with Greebo the cat who gets transformed into a human sometimes

don't feel like looking up the exact line or the content of the actual arguments

also one thing that did strike me when I was looking around is how fucking bad the Mark comment sections are. good lord, they're really dull.
