Except what Kallanda is saying isn't a circular argument. Drugs are illegal, plain point of fact. It's one thing to make/sell drugs, but that they're illegal requires them to be underground and out of sight, and some very bad people thrive in that environment, especially when large amounts of money are involved. (See the history of the cocaine business and the people running it.)
