I agree so much with all this.

There is so much character drama the writers didn't go for, that it boggles my mind. It seems instead of exploring themes and having the characters change and grow, they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for the most clichéd ideas.

It's almost enough for me to write a Grimm AU that handles things how I would have done. *huffs*

Suffice to say, I never liked Juliette as a character until she got her new powers. I was hoping she and Nick would have some drama, but work things out (kind of like how Monroe and Rosalie had to go through the "different species" thing). I loved her kicking Adalind's butt. I cheered out loud! Then spent the rest of the season going "WTF" as she took the train to crazy town.

Adalind has always been a character I love to hate. I don't like her current possible redemption arc. And as many have said, it skeeves me out that they don't address the rape by deception thing. Consenting to sleep with someone you think is your partner ISN'T consent! Idiots...
