IIRC that particular scene involved him and former Justice League International colleague Fire; they mutually disliked each other but had a common bond in Ice, who Guy dated and Fire was friends with. Ice was trapped in hell (long story) and the only way to get her out was to walk out with her behind them while not looking over their shoulders. It's taking all Guy's got to not do that.

Outside of the context though it looks like he's just making faces at the summer kids shitposting all up in here. :)
