I was going to actually respond to this, but then I realized I was thinking about Survivalist. I guess there are a lot of zombie games out right now.

Edit: I looked up a little more about this, and it looks like the same kind of game as Survivalist, the kind I don't buy anymore. You have all these choices where being good makes the game harder and being evil makes it easier. So I make the good choice again and again until the game gets stupidly hard, and then I quit the game, because fuck you devs, you're not going to make some point about the corruption of humanity by making evil the only way your game is remotely fun.

It's not really like that. Most of the choices you make are pretty ambiguous -- like for example what to do with the biker gang that wants you to hand over Regina. Depending on which subleaders are at the shelter by that point (Regina, Vic and Todd are guaranteed, assuming none of them died) your choices are to attack the bikers at their base camp, tell the bikers to fuck off, or hand over Regina. Regina (a former biker herself) makes it very clear she does not like the idea of being handed over and that they'd just come back and kill everyone regardless of whether she was handed over or not. By some standards, attacking the bikers is the evil option, but if you just hand over Regina, which is way more evil really, they'll come back and prove her right.

The only time morality ever really comes into play is when dealing with the very scattered groups of neutral survivors -- some party members can't be with you if you decide to steamroll those camps or they'll object and tell on you to Davis.
